Quite simply, sales team wellbeing is the collective term for all the factors that contribute to the physical, emotional and mental health of an organisation's sales reps. In Part One of my Special Report, I looked at workplace wellbeing and specific issues that sales teams often face. Now, Part Two is focusing on some of the groundwork that can support a workplace wellbeing strategy to create an optimum culture, and why the part that cornerstones like team boundaries, regular training and CPD play in supporting your sales teams.

Nobody wants to feel stagnant in their career, so making sure your sales team has access to the training and development opportunities that will help them grow their skillset and reach their full potential is a key element of looking after their wellbeing.
